Complaints Procedure


All goods are covered by a 24-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and can only be recognized on the basis of proof of invoice.The guarantee is limited exclusively to the replacement of the goods themselves, all other replacements are excluded from the complaint procedure.

Never send defective goods back without prior agreement by e-mail (info@gbcreative.cz) or by phone at tel.: 00420 720 949 310. If the claim is recognized, the goods will be replaced, if this is not possible, the money (after deduction of transport costs) will be returned.The claimed goods must be accompanied by:

a written complaint (to e-mail: info@gbcreative.cz) including a description of the defect, a proposal for handling the complaint and a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice), or a record of damage, if the goods were damaged due to the shipment being transported.


In the event of damage to the goods during transport, you must also send a copy of the written claim for damage to the package that you made with the carrier. If you receive damaged goods and do not make a written complaint to the carrier, it is not possible to claim the goods to us.


Complaints must be reported no later than 1 working day after delivery of the shipment. Late claims will not be accepted.

Note:

We do not issue certificates of origin of goods, and we also do not include reference sentences confirming the origin of goods in invoices. The seller reserves the right to modify or change these complaint conditions.
